(the “Company” or “Cyngn”) (Nasdaq: CYN), a developer of AI-powered autonomous driving software solutions for industrial applications, will announce its fiscal third quarter 2023 financial results for the period ended September 30, 2023, on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, after the close of market.

The financial results will be available on the Cyngn website under “News & Events” at https://investors.cyngn.com/. The Company will not host an earnings call.
